After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a dual major in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies, Sam moved to the Sunshine State in the height of COVID. While working as a Supervisor at the renowned Bird Key Yacht Club, Sam showcased strong leadership, outstanding hospitality, and a talent for creating seamless experiences paired with a natural ability to connect with the Club’s members. It was here that he built a meaningful relationship with both Bruce and Chase Myer. This connection led to an exciting career opportunity with Coldwell Banker and Sam was asked to also work alongside the Bruce Myer Group. Since becoming a REALTOR®, Sam displays local expertise and professional excellence in real estate, offering intimate knowledge of Sarasota’s dynamic market and the diverse lifestyle opportunities across the Suncoast’s most desirable coastal residential communities.
